The All-Inclusive Ritz wedding features a premium selection of appetizers, cold and hot dishes and platters, desserts, coffee, tea and fruit punch.
Choose a menu featuring steak and chicken, BBQ ribs, a baron of beef, carved on the buffet by our own Red Seal Certified Chef, fillets of BC Sockeye Salmon in a ginger soy glaze, or tender chicken breast medallions served with a red wine mushroom sauce. A variety of appetizer, salad, vegetable, pasta, rice and potato options round out these delicious menus, followed by mouth-watering after-dinner delights like cheeses, seasonal fruit platters, European pastries and even chocolate fondue.
