Choose a menu featuring a baron of beef, carved on the buffet by our own Red Seal Certified Chef, fillets of BC Sockeye Salmon in a creamy butter dill sauce, or tender chicken breast in your choice of sauce. A variety of appetizer, salad, vegetable, pasta, rice and potato options round out these delicious menus.
