Pickles, olives, roasted red pepper cream cheese, sliced cheeses, artichokes & asparagus. Served with crackers & toasted sliced mini baguettes.
Fresh Cut Vegetable Platter
Served with ranch or creamy dill dip.

Assorted Breads, Buns & Butter
Variety of fresh baked dinner rolls and breads
Wild Greens Salad
Fresh mesculin mix topped with an assortment of fresh cut veggies & fruit. Served with Cranberry Balsamic dressing.

Asian Coleslaw
With a zesty soy ginger dressing and topped with almonds.
Spring Platter Salad
Sliced red onion, cucumber, tomatoes and avocado in an olive oil and balsamic dressing .

Baron of Beef - carved by Chef. Served with horseradish and gravy
