Tossed Salad
Fresh mesculin mix tossed with an assortment of fresh cut veggies & choice of three dressings.

Pasta Salad
Choice of creamy or oil & vinegar dressing with fresh cut vegetables.

Potato Salad

Choice of creamy or oil & vinegar dressing.

Meat Platter
Choice of four cold cuts – ham, roast beef, turkey, corn beef, salami, pepperoni or pate.

Deviled Egg Platter
Choice of rich & creamy or spicy deviled eggs.

Pickle Platter
Assortment of olives & pickles.

Vegetable Platter
Fresh cut seasonal vegetables served with a creamy dill dip.

Cheese Platter
A variety of domestic cheeses served with grapes and crackers.

Fruit Platter
Fresh cut seasonal fruits.

A variety of tarts, squares & cookies.

All buffets include:

Dinner plates, cutlery, paper napkins, salt & pepper and buffet setup.

*Note: when customizing a menu, dinner plates, dinner forks & knives will have to be arranged with us.

Extra Costs:

  • Linen napkins, side plates, salad forks, table linen, wine glasses, highball glasses, beer glasses, coffee cups, dessert plates, dessert cutlery, tables, chairs, risers, podiums, coolers, bar supplies, ice.
  • Bartender and extra servers are also available upon request with enough time given for scheduling purposes.
  • Hall setup (i.e., tables, chairs, linens & dishes) & takedown/cleanup (tables, chairs, sweep & mop, takedown of most decorations & flowers, organization of rentals) can be provided for additional fees.
  • Add $3.00 per person to any menu for an additional meat entree
    (choice of chicken, ham, beef, etc.)

Catering Guidelines:

Breakfast Minimum

- within delivery area $ 50.00
- outside of delivery area $100.00

Lunch Minimum

- within delivery area $100.00
- outside of delivery area $150.00

Dinner Minimum

- $500.00
- If under 75 people $4.00 surcharge per person per menu.

 Saturday  Events 

- $1000.00 minimum order
- $1500.00 minimum order during a long weekend
