Have you ever been cooking only to realize that you put the oven on too high and now the chicken is burnt? Or maybe you left your veggies on the stove top too long and now they’re too soft. We’ve all done something similar in the kitchen and eventually learnt from our mistakes through trial and error. But let’s bypass the trial and error and start cooking like a Chef!
Starting this January 2019 our Chef Stu will be hosting cooking classes. He will design different classes to suit each individuals needs. It will be a group taught class but within an intimate setting, right here in our Ritz Catering kitchen.

Every Chef in training will take home their new knowledge and skill set taught by Chef Stu along with a meal prepped and cooked by themselves and a small thank you gift for attending!
Classes start at $100 per person with each class having four participants. Sign up quick before they book up!
