With each of our preferred Wedding Venues below, we have included some information on what we believe is most important when choosing a Wedding Venue.

John M.S. Lecky UBC Boathouse
- Location: 7277 River Rd, Richmond, BC (located right on the river with beautiful views of Vancouver)
- Capacity: 150 guests seated OR 180 cocktail reception
- Rate Schedule: Low, mid, and peak season rates; as well as weekday pricing (check it out here)
- What’s Included: Set-up of your tables & chairs; access to the dock for your ceremony; 1hr complimentary wedding rehearsal during business hours.
- Ceremony & Reception Space: ceremony can be held on the dock (separate from your reception room); cocktail hour can also be held on the dock.
- Booking Hours: You can book the venue til as late as 3am!
South Bonson Community Center
- Location: 10932 Barnston View Rd, Pitt Meadows (located near the river with a beautiful view and a park with lots of greenery)
- Capacity: 160 guests.
- Rate Schedule: Hourly rates available.
- What’s Included: Chairs & tables are included and set-up prior to your arrival.
- Ceremony & Reception Space: Contact Venue.
- Booking Hours: Set-up as early as 8am and stay as late as 1am.
Whonnock Lake Community Center
- Location: 27871 113 Ave, Maple Ridge (surrounded by trees, next to a lake with dock)
- Capacity: 160 guests.
- Rate Schedule: Ask Venue.
- What’s Included: Chairs & tables are available; client to set-up.
- Ceremony & Reception Space: Ceremony can be held outside of reception hall on patio.
- Booking Hours: Set-up as early as 8am and stay as late as 1am.
Centennial Lodge in Queens Park
- Location: Queen’s Park, New Westminster (central to the park near the arena, surrounded by a rose garden and forest)
- Capacity: 135 guests.
- Rate Schedule: Ask Venue
- What’s Included: Chairs & tables are included and will be set-up prior to your arrival.
- Ceremony & Reception Space: Outdoor ceremony space in the rose gardens is available.
- Booking Hours: Ask Venue
Secret Gardens @ Wood Bridge Ponds
- Location: 3387 Tolmie Rd, Abbotsford (easy to get to from the highway, located on the garden grounds)
- Capacity: 140 guests.
- Rate Schedule: Thursdays (low rates), Fridays & Sundays (mid rates), Saturdays (peak rates)
- What’s Included: Chairs, tables, and linens are included along with their set-up and tear down.
- Ceremony & Reception Space: Outdoor ceremony space separate from venue, alter on raised hill surrounded by greenery. Reception is surrounded by greenhouse greenery and plants.
- Booking Hours: Set-up as early as 9am and stay as late as 1am.
Sky Helicopters (Sky Hangar)
- Location: 170 – 18799 Airport Way, Pitt Meadows
- Capacity: 300 guests.
- Rate Schedule: Peak and low season rates.
- What’s Included: Chairs and tables are available, client to set-up.
- Ceremony & Reception Space: Ceremony and reception can be held in the same room, enough space for guests to wander and mingle in between (transition), tall ceilings!
- Booking Hours: Bookings are scheduled from 9am til 1am.
Britannia Shipyards (Two Venues)
Chinese Bunkhouse
- Location: 5180 Westwater Dr, Richmond
- Capacity: 65 to 100 guests.
- Rate Schedule: Minimum four hour rentals.
- What’s Included: Chairs and tables are available; client to set-up.
- Ceremony & Reception Space: Tour Venue.
- Booking Hours: Bookings are scheduled 9am – 11:30pm on weekends; 9am – 10:30pm on weekdays.
Seine Net Loft
- Location: 5180 Westwater Dr, Richmond
- Capacity: 200 to 250 guests.
- Rate Schedule: Full day rentals, partial rentals, and minimum four hour rentals.
- What’s Included: Chairs and tables are available; client to set-up.
- Ceremony & Reception Space: Tour Venue.
- Booking Hours: Bookings are scheduled between 10am – 11pm on weekends; 10am – 10pm on weekdays.
Burnaby Lake Rowing Pavilion
- Location: 6871 Roberts St, Burnaby (located right on the lake)
- Capacity: 200 guests.
- Rate Schedule: Weekday & weekend rates available; prime & non-prime seasonal rates also available; five hour minimum rental.
- What’s Included: Chairs and tables are available and will be set-up prior to your arrival.
- Ceremony & Reception Space: ceremony & reception can be held in same space, large windows looking out at the lake & lower dock access available for photos.
- Booking Hours: Bookings are scheduled between 10am and 1am.
Hopcott Farms
- Location: 13672 Reichenbach Rd, Pitt Meadows
- Capacity: 150 guests.
- Rate Schedule: Bookings between May & September only.
- What’s Included: Chairs and tables are included; ceremony seating set-up is included.
- Ceremony & Reception Space: Book a tour.
- Booking Hours: Bookings are scheduled for the weekend. Easy set-up and tear down.
